FAQ

  • Do you provide Insurance coverage for our trips?
    Absolutely! We provide an excellent Renter's Collision Protection (RCP) Insurance for the rental vehicle, which covers damages upto $20,000 or $35,000 as per your choice. With a maximum deductible of $500 for all incidents involving a collision, you can have peace of mind when you rent from Vanscape! Note: All 3rd Party (Vehicle or Property) damages shall be the renter's responsibility and Renter's auto liability insurance shall cover any 3rd party damages. RCP only covers the rental vehicle itself. You give us your Auto Insurance details and we use that as Insurance for any damage that occurs to the rental vehicle and 3rd party vehicles or property during your trip. We do not charge anything extra. (You will have to make sure that your Insurance company covers rental vehicles. In case they don't, you will have to pay for any expenses out of your pocket)
  • Which identification methods are accepted to rent a vehicle from Vanscape?
    All drivers need to be 21 and over to drive our vans. We require copies of Driving Licenses and Auto liability insurance for every person who would be driving the rental van.
  • How many free miles do you provide per day and what are the charges for any extra miles?
    Our charges include 250 free miles per day and we charge an additional 50 cents per every extra mile.
  • Are your Vehicles Diesel fuel powered?
    Yes, our current line up of Mercedes Benz Sprinter Vans are all Diesel Fuel Powered. Please make sure you only refuel with Diesel Fuel at Gas Stations. Cost of damages occurring due to incorrect refueling shall be borne by the customer.
